We strongly recommend that you START with the Beginner plan even if you are an experienced exerciser! Bombshell plans are VERY different from what you may be accustomed to and will take a while to adjust. Start SLOW and work your way up as you go. BOMBSHELL BIKINI BODY NUTRITION
The Bombshell Nutrition food plans provide flexibility to allow you to build a custom meal filled with your favorite healthy foods. Or, if you prefer, you can just follow the sample meal plans provided. These will update monthly.
There are two meal plan options:
READY TO SHED
This plan is for those who wish to prioritize fat loss and gain a little muscle in the process.
READY TO BUILD
This plan is for those who don’t have much fat to lose and want to prioritize muscle gain.
BIKINI BODY TRAINING & CARDIO PLANS
The Bombshell Nutrition training and cardio plans are designed to maximize fat loss while adding muscle strategically to create the Bombshell signature hourglass shape.
There are two program types from which to choose: GYM-BASED & HOME-BASED. Within each of those program types, you can choose from a BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED version. The plans differ in terms of exercise complexity and intensity, number of sets/reps and cardio interval length. *We recommend starting at a lower level until you get used to the training style, and then move up to the more advanced workouts.*
There are two training plan options:
GYM-BASED
Our gym-based program combines weight training and cardio intervals into one session. This type of gym program is called a Bombshell All-in-One™ Program. Select a complexity/intensity level below.
HOME-BASED
The at-home program can be performed anywhere, as it requires limited equipment. It’s perfect for Bombshells with limited time and always on-the-go. Select a complexity/intensity level below.
