  • BFF NO.1 – As a dietary supplement, take four (4) capsules up to three (3) times daily before meals.
  • BFF CLA – As a dietary supplement, take one (1) softgel four (4) times daily with meals.


Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.

    My results using the combo BFF supplements together have been phenomenal! I started them as soon as they came out because of my amazing results I have had with taking the Glam Pak combo supplements during my chemo treatment last year.     I love this combo. I always struggle with getting jitters from other similar products but these 2 products get my metabolism going without the jitters ?
