Bombshell Fitness Founder/CEO shares her secrets to gorgeous skin and hair.
Why stimulant-free formulas?
Bottom line…stimulant free formulas are overall better for you and your long-term results. When using stimulant-based fat burners, the body eventually becomes desensitized to the stimulus, so you have to keep increasing the amount consumed or cycle off for it to continue to be effective. Cycling off can be very difficult, as your body becomes dependent on the “up” created by the stimulant. Also, stimulants can increase cortisol and disrupt sleep cycles, both which inhibit fat loss.
Why two products?
We don’t want to waste your time and money on ineffective supplements. So, to ensure you get efficacious dosing of the hardworking ingredients—we created two separate formulas. We like to think of it as double the fun…er…burn!
How are BFF No. 1 and BFF No. 2 different?
BFF No. 1 combines eight (8) hardworking ingredients, including Garcinia Cambogia, L-Carnitine, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Rhodiola Rosea, Chromium, Choline, Inositol and Bioperine™, to attack fat from multiple pathways: appetite control, fat mobilization and metabolism, blood sugar regulation and hormone balance.
BFF No. 2 is a high quality, effective dose of the body composition-enhancing Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA). CLA not only helps facilitate fat metabolism, it also supports the preservation of muscle mass.
BFF NO.1 – As a dietary supplement, take four (4) capsules up to three (3) times daily before meals.
BFF NO.2 – As a dietary supplement, take one (1) softgel four (4) times daily with meals.
Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.

There are few moments when I make pretty smart choices, and drinking Restore Recovery from @bombshell_nutrition was the smartest thing I could have done after my show this weekend. I needed water but with some recovery properties because I was tired and sore. Restore quenched my thirst and helped me feel like my old, strong self before Peak Week. I literally inhaled 64oz. of Strawberry Margarita flavor before downing another 64oz. of Peachy Mango Daiquiri. I am NEVER going to be without Restore Recovery.
These products are AMAZING and can I just say that the gummies are so freaking delicious!!
I have been craving donuts, sweets, I don’t know… something ALL day! I came home from the gym and had gotten my Bombshell Nutrition Restore in the mail! Made myself up a drink and oh my god it is so good! It has curbed the cravings I was having because it has the right amount of sweetness. I’m hooked already!
